

ABOUT ME
I am a qualified and accredited counsellor with a BACP‑Accredited Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. I trained at the Wealden Psychology Institute in Crowborough and am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering fully to their ethical framework. I am also registered with BUPA and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), hold an enhanced DBS certificate, and maintain full Professional Indemnity Insurance.
I have extensive experience within both the voluntary sector and private practice, working with individuals and couples. My background includes providing bereavement counselling at St Peters & St James Hospice, supporting individuals and couples affected by drug and alcohol misuse at Pavilions in Brighton and Hove (now CGL), and offering support to survivors of rape and sexual abuse, both childhood and adult.
