

ABOUT ME
I am a qualified accredited counsellor with a BACP-Accredited Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. I trained at Wealden Psychology Institute, Crowborough and am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) where I am committed and abide by their ethical framework British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy I am also registered with BUPA, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) ico.org.uk , hold an enhanced DBS certificate and maintain full Professional Indemnity Insurance.
I have extensive experience working within the voluntary sector and in private practice as both an individual and couples counsellor. Over the years, I have provided counselling support to a range of services, including St Peters & St James Hospice as a bereavement counsellor, Pavilions in Brighton and Hove (now CGL) supporting individuals and couples affected by drug and alcohol misuse and working for a number of years with survivors of rape and sexual abuse, both childhood and adult.
